Pricing questions

What if CloudFix doesn’t find any savings?
Then you’ve lost nothing. The scan is free. Keep your Free plan forever and check back as your environment changes.
What counts toward my “AWS spend” for pricing?
Your total annual AWS bill across all connected accounts. Not including support, Marketplace, and taking into account your EDP and any other discounts. Pick the tier that matches. If you grow into the next tier, we’ll let you know. No surprise upgrades.
How does billing work?
All plans billed through AWS Marketplace. Monthly or annual. Charges appear on your AWS bill, with no new vendor paperwork.
What permissions does CloudFix need?
Read-only IAM roles via CloudFormation. We access Cost & Usage Reports and resource configs. Never your data, databases, or application code.
How is this different from AWS Trusted Advisor, etc?
Trusted Advisor shows recommendations. CloudFix implements them. One click, through AWS Systems Manager, using your approval workflows. We’re fixers, not finders.
Do I need RightSpend too?
RightSpend handles the rate: Commitment-Free Discounts, 20–55% off EC2 with no lock-in. CloudFix handles resource-level fixes (GP2 to GP3, S3 tiering, etc.). They’re complementary. If your discount coverage is already good, you might not need RightSpend. If it’s a fit for you, we’ll let you know. And the first month of savings will be completely free!
How is RightSpend priced?
RightSpend’s fee is 25% of the net-new savings it generates, and you keep 75%. If it saves you $10,000 in a month on top of the savings you already had, the fee is $2,500 and you keep $7,500. Savings from your own Reserved Instances and Savings Plans carry no fee. It is billed monthly through AWS Marketplace and is built for teams with $25K/month or more in EC2 spend.
